This treatment time can help with either specific areas of focus OR a full body general treatment. Even the most dedicated therapist cannot achieve outcomes of significance in remedially addressing problem areas, while trying to complete a full body treatment.

Your visit time includes 50 minutes in your own outdoor spa/sauna/relax area, with additional time afterwards for a cuppa on our relaxation deck.
