The greatest gift you can give yourself is time to contribute to your wellness.  Wellbeing and health benefits will be enhanced with your additional treatment time. (eg de-stress, detox, emotional balance). We can focus on your specific areas of remedial need, or just spend extra time where you would most like (eg feet, scalp). This is a holistic, complete, full body, wellness focussed treatment.  Your visit time also includes 50 minutes in your own outdoor spa/sauna/relax area, with additional time afterwards for a cuppa on our relaxation deck
