 Rainesforest welcomes small groups for special occasions throughout the year. Whether your event is corporate, business, birthday, bridal, or family, we can tailor everything to suit your needs.
Options include hiring Rainesforest for your own private function venue, planning for a full day of Day Spa treatments, intersperced with hospitality needs, spa time and relaxation periods. Perfect for staff incentive rewards programs, VIP client thank you events, bridal get-togethers and family times.
We can also offer a dedicated Rainesforest area for your group, while other clients use facilities elsewhere on the premises. Because we have 10 treatment rooms, we can work with you to have 10 therapists and 10 clients being taken care of at the one time, while other members of your group are enjoying some relaxation time together in our outdoor spa areas. (We do ask that noise levels are kept appropriate to our peaceful environment!). When the first round of treatments are completed, then we move places with your next 10 clients moving out of the spa area and into our treatment rooms. In this way we can accommodate groups in a unique way at Rainesforest.
You can add on champagne and chocolate packages, lunch from the Indooroopilly Coffee Club, or bring your own catering requirements.
Bookings at Rainesforest are heavy, so if you have a particular date and time in mind for your event, please contact us well in advance so that we can reserve treatment and spa space for you.
A Group Booking Spa Attendant will be allocated to manage your event. If any changes occur in your needs, we require you to please speak to us as soon as possible so that we can work with you on accommodating your changes.
A 50% Group Booking Deposit will be payable at the time of booking so that we can reserve your space for you. WE also have a 50% cancellation policy if your group cancels with 24 hours of the event time.

A discount may apply if you book Monday to Friday events. We can tailor a discount to suit you, depending on the number of treatments, clients and group requirements you have.
