Useful Rainesforest Information

Here’s some helpful information to help you know how Rainesforest works towards providing a happy experience.

For your health’s joyfulness, please know that Rainesforest is a no smoking environment.

Planning your visit:

When making a booking, please let us know any medical issues, if you need wheelchair access, if you need a health fund receipt, if you prefer a male or female therapist, if you want hard pressure or if you want a particular type of treatment. Then—as therapists specialise in many different treatment

areas—we can match our most suitable therapist available, to meet your treatment expectations.

A credit card number will be taken at the time you make your booking to secure your appointments, but a deposit is not required for single or couples appointments.

We will ring you the day before your treatment and confirm that you are still requiring us to keep your appointment time for you. After we have your confirmation, any late notice cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Any bookings need a 24-hour cancellation notice period, to not incur a 50% cancellation fee.

For group bookings, full payment is required 3 days before your event. Also 3 days notice is required for cancellation of all group bookings. It is absolutely necessary that all members of your group arrive ½ hour before your treatment time to ensure a relaxed start to your event.

For your treatment, we suggest you wear appropriate underclothing/briefs etc. We do have disposable g-strings available, so please ask your therapist if you need one. We also have hair ties if you prefer to tie your hair up out of the way of any oil/products used in your treatment.

If you want to enjoy the spa/sauna relaxation areas, please bring your bathing suit.

With any treatments involving the application of nail polish, the option of enjoying some spa/sauna time is required to be scheduled BEFORE your treatment time. This allows the nail polish to harden sufficiently to avoid any possible damage.

You can add on to your visit PRE-ORDERED Spa Cuisine, or Champagne & Chocolates (non alcoholic options available). An extra charge will apply according to your selection. Please ask us to email our limited-selection menu to you for advance ordering.

Arriving:

Please check directions from Google Maps, street directory etc, or call us if you need help, on your mobile on route: (phone 3878 9786).

We have found it is helpful to leave home early, allowing for any unexpected traffic congestion.

Train and bus stations are very close to Rainesforest—please see map for details.

If you are bringing your car, we have parking on the street, at the entrance to 14 and 16 Priory Street, and behind the green house at 14. Drive down the driveway shown here in the photo and find a park. If you have any problems call reception on your way, or park in the driveway on arrival and we can assist you with parking onsite.

To help you relax:

When you are in treatment, please let your therapist know if you need anything changed, pressure, treatment style, room temperature etc, We need you to help us make your visit and treatment perfect.

If you are using our spa and sauna facilities, we ask you to respect that the areas are public places and therefore require appropriate clothing and behaviour standards. We also ask that you consider our other Day Spa guests in relation to the amount of noise that you may be contributing to our peaceful environment. Thank you for your consideration.
